Your Combat Ops Indy birthday party: what to expect

Send the online waiver with your invitations. Every participant needs a signed waiver, valid for one year. Participants age 18 or older must sign their own waiver; parents or guardians must sign for dependent children.

Check your booking confirmation for your package and scheduled arrival time, and share that time with your guests. Your final player count is due the evening before your event. Call 317-667-0703 if your count or plans change. We cannot lower your count on the day of the event; additional players may be added if capacity allows. The minimum package charge covers 10 players.

Birthday parties may bring birthday cake, cupcakes, and ice cream only. No other outside food is permitted. We can store your cake and ice cream until your room time begins.

Every birthday package includes two one-topping pizzas and 10 bottles of water. Additional party food and upgrades are available for purchase. Call 317-667-0703 before your visit, or let us know on the day of your party if you would like to add or upgrade.

Arrive during the 30-minute check-in window shown on your booking confirmation. You do not need to arrive before that scheduled arrival time. Check-in takes place before the two-hour party; completing waivers ahead of time helps your group get ready.

At check-in, we check waivers, review your party details and schedule, wristband party guests, and store your decorations and cake until room time begins. Let the team know about a late arrival or a question about who is participating.

The activity plan depends on the package you booked. All four include a party captain, one hour in a private party room, two one-topping pizzas, and 10 bottles of water. Arcade credits are provided during room time.

We schedule activities first, followed by party-room time. Stored cakes, decorations, and presents will be set up in your room when room time begins. There is no early room access unless it has been paid for ahead of time. Arcade play takes place during room time.

Add-ons and upgrades are available for purchase; call before your visit or ask on the day of the event. Let us know about food allergies or dietary concerns before the party so we can work with you on what is needed. An ingredient binder is available in the café.

You may bring decorations, gifts, and party favors. No glitter, confetti, or decorations hanging from the ceiling are allowed. We handle setup and cleanup and provide tablecloths and table runners for the four 6-foot tables.

We can store gifts, decorations, and favors before room time begins, including presents in locked cabinets until your room opens. Candles, lighters, and serving items are available; we cannot supply a knife for ice-cream cakes. Party captains can help serve cake upon request.

Your party host presents the final bill 15 minutes before room time ends and escorts the paying party to the front desk to check out. Gratuity is not included and is optional. Any gratuity is split between your party captain and the staff who ran your activities.

Please clear the room within five minutes after your booked room time ends. Unused arcade credits do not expire, and you are welcome to continue playing in the arcade with any remaining credits after leaving the room. Additional play time or credits may be purchased on the day of your event.
