- Review food and approved upgrades
Every package includes two one-topping pizzas and 10 bottles of water. Caliber Café serves pizza, chicken tenders, fries, snacks and drinks; to add party food or upgrades, call 317-667-0703 before your visit or ask on the day. Birthday parties may bring birthday cake, cupcakes and ice cream only. No other outside food is permitted.
- Prepare for arrival and waivers
Every participant needs a signed waiver, so send the online waiver with your invitations. Arrive during your scheduled 30-minute check-in window, before your two-hour party. No need to arrive earlier. Bring closed-toe shoes if anyone is throwing axes.

You arrive and somebody is expecting you
Arrive during your scheduled 30-minute check-in window, before your two-hour party. No need to arrive earlier. Your party captain takes over from there, and waivers signed online in advance mean nobody is filling in forms while the guest of honor waits.
Straight into the arena
An hour in the arena you picked, or thirty minutes in each on the Dual Combat Party. A game master runs the session and balances the teams, which matters when the guest list spans several school years.
The party room is yours for an hour
After an hour of activities, your private room is ready, with two one-topping pizzas and 10 bottles of water. There is no early room access unless it has been paid for ahead of time, and we store your decorations and cake until your room time begins. Your party captain runs the cake and presents.
60 arcade credits for every player
Every player receives 60 arcade credits during room time, and Dual Combat adds 20 bonus credits per player, for 80 total. Unused credits do not expire, so the arcade carries on after the room.
